Good Food Kitchen offers a unique taste experience and feast for the eyes.

Good Food Kitchen started out as my personal blog called Coeliac Praxis. I was diagnosed with Coeliac disease in 2011. This blog became my platform to experiment with recipes and new gluten free products that I knew nothing about. I was happy to share my discoveries.

Whilst I traveled the world, I came across markets, restaurants and supermarkets with interesting products and recipes. I also met interesting chefs along the way. The stand out was a gluten free pastry chef I stayed with in France by chance. I was so inspired. I then worked onboard a super yacht running my own galley. I spent the next year honing my skills and finding my own style of cooking.

Once returning to New Zealand I struggled to eat at events I attended and at many restaurants due to my dietary requirements. This is when I launched Good Food Kitchen catering company. Offering a service where no one would be left hungry no matter their preference. I began a discovery into vegan cooking. Buying endless amounts of books, trying new products, visiting restaurants and learning as much as I could.

Having a fine arts background I was as interested in how the food looked as how it tasted. I offered a styling service to go along with the food. I have several themes and colour themes clients can choose to display their menu choices.

Good Food Kitchen offered finger foods, buffet stye dining, family style dining (popular at weddings) and grazing tables (popular at birthdays, engagements and corporate events).

During this time I managed all aspects of the business including up to 6 staff.

I also offered recipe development and freelance styling through Good Food Kitchen.
