The Milano handbag was one of AMY & ELIAV's best selling products. It was repeated each season. Always in black but also in seasonal colours. In the third season, we decided we wanted to make a more affordable version to create more sales. We altered the design to create the Mini Milano. We removed the pocket details on the front and shrunk it to a smaller but still practical size. The shape was also refined. We experimented with textures & contrast panelling to replace the pocket detailing.
